Shipping policy

Rasma sells only digital products through the webshop and delivers worldwide. No physical products are shipped; there are no shipping costs, import duties or customs charges.

• Immediately after payment you receive a download link on screen and by e-mail. You can also download your files again later through your customer account.
• Custom work and drafting are delivered digitally (for example as a Revit, PDF or DWG file), also to customers outside the Netherlands, in the manner and within the period stated in the quotation.
• Our files are made in Autodesk Revit 2024 and work in Revit 2024 and newer. The version is stated with each product.
• If a download link does not work, or a file is missing, e-mail info@rasma.nl; we will help you within two working days.

VAT: the price in the webshop includes the VAT applicable to your country; see the Terms and Conditions, Article 4.
